Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions are simple and transparent and are explained below. If, however, you have any questions or concerns, please reach out by emailing hello@somethingfortheladies.com.au

  1. When you purchase a Reward Package (or Packages) offered online by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd (ABN 34 670 175 747), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

  2. All Reward Packages offered online by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd are done so under Charitable Fundraising Number CFN/26732.

  3. You must be at least 18 years of age as well as reside in either NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, NT or TAS to claim the $2,500 Gift Card in any of the Reward Package draws offered online by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd. Photo ID will be required at the time of being notified of winning (as per Clause 14, 15 and 16 below). Our Reward Packages are not available in ACT or WA.

  4. The cost of each Reward Package offered online by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd is $5 (AUD).

  5. When you purchase a Reward Package (or Packages), you will receive 30 days access to the Ladies Lounge, as well as one (1) free ticket into the corresponding getaway for your Reward Package. One (1) Reward Package will equal one (1) ticket into one (1) draw only.

  6. Customers may purchase as many Reward Packages as they like.

  7. A maximum of 2,000 Reward Packages will be sold for each Giveaway.

  8. Details of each Reward Package can be found on the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website which includes the closing time and date for purchases, as well as the time and date of when the draw will take place (AEST). This is usually within 24 hours of the Reward Package closing.

  9. Each draw for each Reward Package will be broadcast live on the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website as well as other social media platforms.

  10. Refunds are not available on any Reward Package purchases.

  11. 25% of all sales from each Reward Package will be paid to It's All About the Ladies Pty Ltd, ABN 55 670 453 602.

  12. Each draw in each Reward Package will have only one (1) winner, who will be selected at random using the randomdraws.com.au website.

  13. The prize for each draw in each Reward Package is valued at $2,500 (AUD), as outlined at the end of these terms and conditions.

  14. The Winner will be announced on the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website at the time of the draw taking place. The Winner's details will also be published on the Winners page of the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website as well as on other social media platforms.

  15. The Winner will be contacted by telephone during the draw, and also via follow up email within one (1) hour of the draw taking place. An online meeting will be scheduled to verify residency in NSW.

  16. The Winner will receive their gift card within 48 hours of providing proof of age and proof of residency in one of the states or territories listed in Clause 3 above.

  17. The Winner agrees to their first name and initial of their surname, along with their suburb and state being advertised on the Winners page of the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website and other social media platforms. The Winner also agrees to a screenshot being taken during the above online meeting (see Clause 15 above) to be published on the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website and other social media platforms.

  18. Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd, its related entities, the directors, employees, staff, officers, etc will not be liable for any harm, loss, damage or personal injury sustained as a result of participating in and / or winning a Rewards Package draw conducted by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd.


Details of prize from each draw

For each draw, the winner will receive one (1) gift card valued at $2,500 AUD from the supplier of their choice or may choose to have the $2,500 transferred to their nominated bank account.
